Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for course purchases made through pvcode.net within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the course must not have been completed or extensively accessed (more than 25% of the course).


2. Process for Requesting a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@pvcode.net with your purchase details, including order number and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:
- Courses that have been fully accessed or completed,
- Subscription services that have already started the current period of usage.


4. Partial Refunds

If you are eligible for a partial refund, PVCode will evaluate your usage and provide a prorated refund based on the amount of content consumed.


5. Refunds for Subscription Services

If you cancel a subscription service, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the subscription period. However, you will retain access to the service until the end of the subscription term.


6. Payment Method

Refunds will be made via the original payment method. It may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
